Grab the family and head down to Grand Lake. This 4 bedroom 3 bath 2-story home located right on the water is perfect for large families wanting to enjoy everything Grand Lake has to offer.

The main floor bedroom has King Bed and Pack and Play. The 2nd-floor bedrooms have (1) King bed (2) Two Queen Beds, and (3) Two Twin over Full Bunks. The downstairs bathroom has a bathtub shower/combo. The other 2 bathrooms have showers. I have attached floor plans for both floors so be sure to look at the photos.

Pets are not allowed at this property. No smoking or vaping inside the home. Lease Agreement and Security Deposit Required. Travel Insurance, if available, is optional. Parking at the property is limited and can fit 3-4 cars side b side. If parking a boat trailer, you will need to disconnect the trailer from your vehicle and park beside it.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
